Comments: A few points from a quick run through

Opening line should be Celtic Football Club rather than just Celtic - Done (ShugSty)
The entire three opening paragraphs are unreferenced - The first three paragraphs are just a summary of the main text below, so I've not put any references there as per guidelines for lead sections in articles (ShugSty)
Ref 8 should be attributed to The Rec.Sport.Soccer Statistics Foundation rather than just rsssf - Done (ShugSty)
The website in Ref 13 is no longer valid - Replaced with different source (ShugSty)
Ref 28 doesn't link anywhere - Sorted (ShugSty)
Ref 36 appears to be a dead link - Sorted (ShugSty)
Ref 57 is listed as a match report but the link directs to an article about HIV drugs? - Sorted (ShugSty)
Refs 8, 44, 50, 52, 59, 60, 61 and 66 need authors included - Done (ShugSty)

Comments Just a couple of other points:

WP:LEAD does state that the lead should be "carefully sourced as appropriate". The only two points I would say need sourcing would be the formation date of the club and the amount of league titles, cups etc won as I don't see them mentioned or referenced within the main text.
Images need alternative text, per WP:ALT.
Ref 9 would be better placed at the end of the following sentence regarding the British record, at the moment the claim of the record looks unreferenced.
"resigned at the behest of the Board" no need for upper case letter in board.
Ref 28 will still need page numbers if you're combining its use into one reference.
The Celtic F.C. category is redundant as the page is also included in the more pertinent Celtic F.C. managers category.

Comments nice bit of work. A couple of observations.

" 1960s and '70s" -> " 1960s and 1970s" - Done (ShugSty)
"18 full-time managers" 18 different full-time managers as McNeill had two separate stints.Mccccccccc - Done (ShugSty)
"Jock Stein is considered the club's greatest manager, having revived..." you've already mentioned his first name in the preceding para. Also, and while I don't doubt it, this claim isn't referenced - I've referenced the claim, but still feel the text reads better using "Jock Stein" in the paragraph as opposed to just Stein - although in the subsequent sentence I have changed "Stein" to "He" (ShugSty)
Name doesn't sort correctly in the table - Yep, just can't get it to work. I've removed the sort function for that column (ShugSty)
That's a shame, it shouldn't be too difficult to get the sortname template working. It's probably because you have the flag in the name column too, consider breaking that out in a Nationality column of its own, which would be nice because then you could sort by it independently of the name of the manager.
